Active node updates when individual module added to my_modules list #3
Comments
This still seems to be happening sporadically. More investigation is needed! |
New data: This occurs on @rosemm's computer when running the main branch in a docker container, but not on my computer when running the main branch in a docker container. That fact makes it even weirder since running the same thing in docker containers should be identical. |
More data: didn't occur on @pm0kjp 's docker container, but later did occur on mine making me think this is something about how long the app is running for or how many times things have been added or removed from various lists. |
This may have been resolve in the network_analysis branch that is live on learn.arcus.chop.edu. Some changes were made to how the active node updates which may have fixed this problem. |
This problem has not been fully fixed, removing a module from the pathway resets the active node to bash_combining_commands. |
When an individual module is added or removed from the my_modules list using the buttons on the module_details panel, the active_node is updated to be Bash: Combining Commands
