Currently we release a new version of each package at the same time whenever one of these change, however this could be undesirable for packages that are unrelated to each other. Its possible that users of the redact library could become annoyed if they are frequently having to update because of changes in arcjet-next for instance.

This is fine while we are in alpha and beta, but it should be decided before we cut a v1 release.
