Setting an exterior surface temperature for the roof as boundary conditions

Hello @pjayathissa

Thank you for this very interesting package. I would like to know what you think is the best method for setting a given temperature on the exterior of the roof. I understand that in a 5R1C model, all opaque surfaces (roof and exterior walls) have the same surface temperature... Perhaps a solution could be found by modifying the calc_t_m_next function, what do you think?
