Scheme "names" will actually be set using the "Label" card/nodegroup:

The report section for this should be a table, as per "Concept Labels":

Note that the table report view will be reused throughout reports for other tiles/nodegroups and that the data structure of this nodegroup is repeated throughout both the Concept and Scheme models.
