Updating the list of the related resource instances

Describe the bug
When the project is created for the resource model with related resources, the initial download will download the list of related resources. However, when a new related resource is added later, the list does not seem to be updated in the collector.

Expected behavior
When a new resource instance is added to related resource model, the list of related resource instances in the collector should be updated, too.
