Kiosk: make a fav icon

It is years now and we still don't have one.

I had complained somewhere else already that it looks a bit like a tick. But at least we have an updated icon now with the spider. Needs most probably a cache refresh.

It should also show a spider on iPads and Android. Also on Safari, which I can never test on Windows.

It's working on my Chrome, not on Safari (both on my Mac). I can't test Android.

Oh no, a cache refresh solved the problem on Safari.

Safari on my iPad not working, even after clearing the cache. Chrome on iPad is working.

Though, I suspect where you are it is rather sunny and warm. Not here!

As for Safari on iPads: It does not really have a proper way to clear the cache to my knowledge. The only one I know is switching to a private tab. Which at least starts with a clear cache in that tab. Otherwise time should do it. All caches are emptied one day.

Ok, I can't get it to work on my iPad but Safari on my iPhone works. We're missing the Android testing.
