buap: file picking ideas?

Buap is verging on 500MB download. That's getting slow.
Any ideas for file picking?

Perhaps the team can be organized in a way that they focus on certain regions? Or dates?

Ja wow this so needs to happen. Slow like molasses when we are talking about a whole team.
We are all working today in 2012-13 except Liv who is in 2008. Possibly the date would work.

We are all in the same site, and with a big team (!!) we are working on quite some units. Honestly we're not going to stay in one season for very long either, however. I need to think this through tonight.

@liviah848 please put a list of the units you are DONE with here - those we know we can turn off in file picking.

I have finished gathering images for OP179 and 183, with 184 soon to follow :)

I have added file picking rules that leave images of OPs179 and 183 out. We are down to 280MB.

so, we finally decided that the best way for file picking is to include only the units that are currently worked on.
That means as soon as anybody starts a new unit (and finishes one) I need a hint so that I can change the file picking rules accordingly.

If any user travels to a place where the internet is patchy or slow we can additionally move the dock to a new recording group with only the unit activated in file picking that the user is working on. That should reduce file size by quite a bit and can be done easily and quickly.
