HM: dragging does not work in Safari

Maarten and I are zooming about MADP stuff. We realized that while I can use the little drag button in the online HM to move around the HM in Chrome (the button to the right of the little hand), he cannot do it in Safari. I tried, too, and it's true - it doesn't move at all.

Neither in Firefox. There might already be a ticket.

While I will tackle this one day, we generally do recommend Chrome. Safari is really IE11 of the 2020s. Apple isn't eagerly implementing Web standards.
