How to get tonal centroid (tonnetz)

Hi,
This is an awesome library. Thank you. I'm using it for doing speech emotion recognition in c#. I'm following an article that uses Librosa. In that article, they are capturing tonal centroid (Tonnetz) from audio. I would like to do the same with NWaves but not sure how I would go about it.
Is there a sample code/referece on how to go about it?
