feat(rust): support scanning of binaries with cargo-auditable

https://github.com/rust-secure-code/cargo-auditable is a cargo plugin that can be used to embed dependency information into Rust binaries at build time, for detection by SCA tools such as trivy.

It would be good for trivy to support this - I intend to have a go at adding support to go-dep-parser.

Context:

• https://github.com/microsoft/go-rustaudit is a go library for extracting and parsing that dependency information
• The data format may change in future if a language agnostic way to embed dependencies information gains traction (i.e Embed CPE names into binaries ossf/wg-vulnerability-disclosures#76)
