Change Payment for Design F2F Error

Whenever I create a design F2F task and I try to change the payment from the default $200 to something lower, Direct throws and error that "The prizes cannot be decreased" and then I am updating the prizes in Online Review.

Can this issue be fixed?

@Dara-K as I remember, this was a feature long time ago, after the challenge is activated, you can not decrease the prize:) to temporarily fix this, you can use Online Review, which does not have this restriction.

It's not working before the challenge is activated neither (when setting it up). This is a bug as it used to work before, but now it's a long time since we have to use the work around.
