Incorrect review style is reflecting in Direct #459

For the challenge id : 30071803, User has marked style review as “internal review”. But it is showing differently in below different cases.

After creating challenge, review style in direct challenge is showing as below:

On Topcoder challenge page, it is showing as below:

On the edit page, review style is showing as below:

Please check and resolve
