update-gls.sh should have an install option to 'Gitpodifing' an existing Laravel project.

Thanks to @strausmann for the idea

Somethings to keep in mind

  • - Detect existing Laravel version and ensure that
    • The proper PHP version is used
    • Either abort or prompt the user to override an existing Gitpod setup that is not built with gitpod-laravel-starter
  • Give the user a verbose log of what happened during the install
