The exercises displayed in A+ include a blue "Submit" button, which is not part of the A+ Design System. According to the system, they should be green (class aplus-button--default).

There may be some other parts of the views displayed in A+ which don't follow the design system, such as error summaries, but I'm not sure. Those should be looked into as well.
