Option to get config file from web URL

is there any plan to support config file from url?

@ramkumar-equinix - Can you provide more info? Why should this be a URL?
Can you not fetch it up firsthand using wget or something and then point the plugin to use that locally? I have not see this commonly asked, so trying to get more info
