  • I searched in the issues and found nothing similar.

Motivation

Paimon can own the record-level metadata like timestamp as the Paimon append table is used like a queue, timestamp for records in queue is useful.

hi schnappi17 I am learning pamion recently and I am very interested in this project, I would like to do some simple functions for this if you are willing to assign it to me, I will try to learn and complete it It would be nice if you could try to give me some direction

Is this timestamp like hudi will come with this data in the query and add an additional timestamp field to each write table
