Problem

What is expected to happen?

It should be possible to paste the commands into the shell.

What does actually happen?

• Commands in preparation do not work in macOS or Linux shell due to single ampersand - fix is proposed in PR fix preparation commands in README.md #204
• Some commands under usage do not work since they do not include platforms
