Frontend for login - portal and the features available to users after that, similarly frontend for database access to core committee will be on angular like login page or it will be a separate page? We need them fully functional by 5th Jan, 2015

No backed details are provided yet. Also it would be better to make them as a simple php app, no complications of angular.

Backend details will be available by tomorrow - @codez266, @guptaaditya13 please do not make us use the last time's login portal. Ashutosh and Akhil bhaiya really hated the last year's design (To tell the truth - everyone hated it). If we again present the same, they will bite our heads off !!
Besides, everything is in angular and is sexy - you really want to make the interactive part in plain php/html/css ?
(Suggestion:: Defer the task to @zenineasa )

Frontend for users should be in angular.
For core committee basic php will be fine.
What do you say @codez266 , @guptaaditya13 ?

theek hai, as long as angular part does not involve a full fledeged separate portal for users.
Injecting registration parts in existing ui should be easy
