Hi,

I would like to know what is necessary to install a stand-alone antismash database instance with my own antiSMASH data. I thought I could find a docker file or image that I could tinker with... but I could not find any for antismashDB. Did I miss something?

My understanding is that I could make one using:

I'm not sure we have the resources to support stand-alone antiSMASH db setups, which is why we don't offer anything for that. But yes, that sounds about right. Having said that, I need to check that all those repos are up-to-date. I'll do that once I'm back in the office early June.
