预期行为

结束滑动后还能继续滑动一段距离

复现步骤

上下滑动列表时，每次快速滑动结束后都停在索引的位置上，没有继续惯性滑动一段距离

复现 demo

以下是我的页面级配置文件，还有axml、acss文件
