SkipToggle on ModOps generate imyatweak.includes.
But SkipToggle on Includes dont generate imyatweak.includes.

This should be adjusted.
It should also be considered for the future of groups.

Groups work and do not generate imyatweak.includes.

ModOps still generate the includes file though.
