We could add a feature that allows users to tag their mods.

Maybe we can have some predefined tags in modinfo or sth.
Also, if you install a mod using the library, you should get it tagged as such
And of course the user adding a tag to a mod on their local machine.

This can be easily built on top of the attributes feature.
