[BUG] Dark/Light Mode Not Working on Multiple Pages

Description: The dark/light mode toggle is not functioning consistently across several pages, causing inconsistent user experiences. On affected pages, the mode switch either has no effect or partially changes the theme, leaving some elements unchanged.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to the affected pages.
Attempt to toggle between dark and light mode.
Expected Behavior: Toggling dark/light mode should consistently update the theme across all elements on each page.

Actual Behavior: Some pages do not fully switch themes, or the toggle does not work at all, resulting in a mix of dark and light elements.
