Make the "Join" section more visible

I just realized that the section where you can join now gets pushed out of the initial view of the page. This will probably not help with new sign ups and won'#t get better over time with more articles coming in.

We should think about making the Join section more visible. Suggestions for a design are welcome.

At first it was at the top of the page, but people wanted it at the bottom. If there's any way you can make it more prominent without intervening with the blog posts stuff that much, go ahead.

Didn't say we have to move the whole section, but a prominent button or link that scrolls down would be nice I guess. I'm no designer, I'm writing this from a visitor perspective.
