How to delete not tagged manifests and their blobs?

Hello and thank you for your project!:)
I use only one tag "latest" for my images, deleted everything with "delete-all" command, on the next run it says "no tags" but still a lot of space is occupied by old manifests and their blobs. I could not find how to properly delete those. Can you tell me please?

Do you tried to run garbage-collection registry command?
