PopTip on TextField need 2 Taps to begin editing?

When PopTip is shown on TextField, TextField need to be tap 2 times for it to becomeFirstResponder or for the keyboard to appear.
1st tap hides the PopTip, then 2nd tap makes the TextField first responder and will show keyboard. Even if shouldDismissOnTapOutside = false, it needs to be tap 2 times for the TextField to becomeFirstResponder.
