Description of the Bug
The phone will re-boot back into TWRP with a clean install and after wiping all partitions

How To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Enter TWRP, Factory reset, wipe all partitions and Format Data etc
  2. Flash ROM from SD card
  3. Select Clean install in Aroma and wipe any modules etc
  4. When complete the phone will almost boot but will then re-boot back into TWRP and will do so on every re-boot.

Workaround

  1. Flash latest stock ROM and go through Setup
  2. Re-boot into Download mode and flash TWRP
  3. Boot into TWRP and Format Data. Type "yes" but do not format or wipe any partitions
  4. Flash Floyd ROM
  5. Restore from Backup (optional)

I am currently building a Note 9. Waiting for the battery to arrive and then I will test the same process on N9 as this may only relate to S9+

Tested on Note9 using the same downloaded zip file. All OK on Note9 even when wiping all partitions before flashing ROM. Floyd ROM booted fine. So this issue only arises on S9+, maybe S9 to but I don't have one of those to test.
