Verify this is used when including setuptools-scm

  script_env:
   - SETUPTOOLS_SCM_PRETEND_VERSION={{ version }}

Bonus point for equivalent of other packaging tools. hatch-vcs, poetry dynamic versioning...

Bonus point for a fix rule.
