[Bug] Nether biomes not overriden #48

Bug Report

Observed Behaviour:

Overriden values for the nether in biomesOverride.json don't work. They do for overworld biomes, tested with plains.

Expected Behaviour:

Nether biomes changing to the temperature I set it to in biomesOverride.json

Forge version:
1.16.5 - 36.1.24
Mod version:
0.4.1b
