What is code 10351-4001 anyway? i cant play genshin in my steam, the other game like zzz or hsr nothing happen, but in genhsin, idk why it show that

You are playing on an unsupported platform. Why is it NOT an issue? Hoyo has different anti cheat for each of the games.

Yo same thing happened to me last night, and still got the issue today, it works just fine previously

• EndeavourOS
• Lutris with wine-ge 8-26
• Asia server

I tried changing the wine prefix location but that didn't work.
it might be something related to the anti-cheat

idk how to do it on anime game launcher since i use lutris.
on lutris: right click genshin -> configure -> game options -> and paste it in the "arguments" tab
