while setting up we are facing this error any one help.
AccessDeniedException: User: arn:aws:iam::858XXXXXXXXX:user/AmazonSpListing is not authorized to perform: secretsmanager:GetSecretValue on resource: settings because no identity-based policy allows the secretsmanager:GetSecretValue action
