🐞 [BUG] - On Home Page Contact us Button(Navbar) Not redirecting anywhere

Description

it should navigate below to the contact bar when the bit clicked by someone.
Assign this issue to me under GSSOC 24

Current behaviour

It does not navigating

Expected behaviour

it should go below to the contact bar.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to 'Home page'
2. Click on 'Contact us appear on the navbar'
3. See error
