Give season_crops the "CSV" enhancement

Create a CSV file from the data in the current season_crops dictionary and do what's done with the crops_store_values and crops_growth_values functions.

Question: Do that for multiharvest_crops as well (it's a short list as it is)?

I believe multiharvest_crops[] can be generated by looking at whether a crop has a produce time.
