Movement is not fully predicted with sv_always_run set to 0

The velocity that is reported to cl_showpos seems to be incorrect as the velocity value is supposed to be 190.0. Tested on a Linux server. This should not be confused with entering/exiting sprint state which is something we cannot fix.
