Display issues in mobile chrome

Hi folks, I can only replicate this on chrome on an iPhone 13 Pro. I can’t replicate it when using a regular laptop and chrome with a shrunk window size.
There seems to be a lot of resizing and pulsating happening with menus, especially with scrolling. Scrolling up seems to be worse than scrolling down a page.

This hopefully shows the issue. I find that that the issues isn’t as bad in safari on mobile , but I still see the pulsating menu items.
I do not see the issue in chrome on iPad. I limited the 120hz display on my iPhone to 60hz to see if that was the issue, and the issue persisted.

Oh weird - that's disconcerting! FWIW I can't replicate on Chrome on Android either
