PVC for OpenCart pods

Whenever a pod restarts, it will go into the first-run wizard because the file structure on the webserver has reset.

Describe the solution you'd like
When OpenCart pods are created, they need to make use of a persistent volume claim so that data is retained on restarts.

My initial idea is a startup script that copies the web root to a secondary directory that maps to a PVC, and root nginx from there instead of /var/www/html. maybe a folder like /var/www/html_persisted.
