Suggestion: Snap to current time

When dragging, it snaps in increments of 5 minutes, which is usually great.

However, sometimes I want to extend a previous record (or a new, manually entered one) to the current time, and it would be useful to have the current time marker as a snapping point too:

Also, when editing the record, an "Extend to current time" button could be added beside the end time.

There's a N/Home/End - Snap to now shortcut, but it's just a navigation feature, right?
