Add "Order By" options

Description

I would like to see orderby options included with the query block to allow more control over the order of posts that appear.

Use Case

When an editor uses the query block, they should be able to define the order by parameter for backfilled posts. At a minimum, our block should allow the same ordering as the core query loop block:
