官方提出明年开始不再新开支持V1签名的bucket，给出了V4签名的方法，对比SDK代码后发现没有支持V4签名

感谢对calculatePostSignature方法的支持。
现在仍需对generatePostPolicy方法进行修改，以支持在com.aliyun.oss.model.PolicyConditions中添加对应参数。
或者至少补充com.aliyun.oss.model.PolicyConditions的常量，由用户添加对应信息。
