Add contribution guide

This project has the potential to be incredibly valuable, but currently, progress seems a bit slow. I believe a key factor could be the lack of a clear contribution guide.
I propose creating a contribution guide that outlines the following:

• How to set up a development environment
• Coding conventions and style guide
• Testing procedures and expectations
• List of features that need help to be implemented
• Pull request submission process
  ...

By creating a contribution guide, we can make it easier for the community to contribute and help this project reach its full potential.
I would love to switch to S-UI instead of using X-UI myself and lack of progress/contribution makes me unable to switch to this project in production.
S-UI multi inbound per user approach is really crucial in these times.I believe this is a positive step forward for the project, and I look forward to your thoughts and collaboration!

I will try to add it as soon as a stable full feature version be released.
It is better to do it in proper step. Lots of features are not implemented in UI yet.
