I've recently been working with free Open Type Math fonts and noticed that Neo Euler was the only one missing the following characters:
Double-Struck
SansSerif
Monospace
The first set is necessary to implement LaTeX commands like \mathbb ( issue #2 ) and in general these sets of characters are used by MathML-based applications (e.g. to implement the mathvariant attribute).
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
They are missing because the original Euler font did not have them. There is an experimental branch providing double struck alphabet but I’m not very happy about it to merge.
Neo Euler have been my first OpenType math font and in retrospective many things would have been done better, so I have been meaning to re-work it, and that is mainly why there haven’t been any releases.
