Link Mappings : adding current dashboard parameters #407

In Link Mapping, it would be nice to be able to add a time range parameter to the URL, based on the current time range selection from the dashboard.

ideally by activating the option button "parameters" (already visible but in fact ignored)
or by adding the global variable ${__url_time_range} (as in Panel Data links).

The resulting URL part could be for example: "from=now-6h&to=now-3h"
