Open source solvers

Hello!

Thanks for developing this method. I found it extremely useful for my work.

I was wondering if you have tested this method using open-source solvers like GLPK, LP_Solve and CLP.

I am using the Gurobi-based MFD-ILP implementation in one of my tools to resolve viral genomes from metagenomes. It is quite tedious to get Gurobi running on a cluster with a floating network license. So I was wondering if MFD-ILP would perform similarly with other open-source solvers.

It is on our TODO list to have at least one extra version using an open-source solver (most likely, LP_Solve).
We will added as soon as possible.
