as shown in the image, the proxy has been set up. There is no traffic and all web pages say no data sent. No effect in torrenting software either.

What might be wrong? Much thanks!

Hi, I had the same issue on Windows 11, I ended up using Proxifier even so the proxy didn't go past Proxifier second test I still applied the configuration and after some time struggling to connect to anything (torrenting was working) it ended up working for everything.
