Splunk - Alert manager not working after upgrade #326

we have upgraded splunk ES from 7.3 to 8.1

Alert manager has also been upgraded from 2.2 to 3.0 but alerts are not getting converted from "new" to "auto_assigned" as it used to happen in 7.3.

Any leads on this issue please?
