How to disable the exit status message?

When there is a problem with the parameters of a function (a user error, not code error), a exist status 1 error is displayed:

po.exe: error: expected one of "list",  "start"
exit status 1

How can I disable this information (which will not be useful for a generic user)

"exit status 1" is not displayed by Kong. I have no idea what is.

Thanks for the follow-up. I will investigate further (though it is the first time I have had this with my code, I will dig in the shell, cross systems etc.)
