qitoolchain remove lets files lying around #120

Seen with toolchain coming from a git feed

$ qitoolchain remove --force  release-2.8-linux64
Removing toolchain release-2.8-linux64
done
$ ls ~/.local/share/qi/toolchains
release-2.8-linux64.git
$ qitoolchain --version
qitoolchain version 3.11.17
Using Python code from /home/sbarthelemy/.local/lib/python2.7/site-packages
