  1. I have a note named "Something & Other". It is published, no issues.
  2. I have another note linking to it using Obsidian's default syntax ([[Something & Other]]). When it is published, the link is "Something & Other".

I don't think a demo vault is needed for this, apologies if you still want the example. I am using the default Obsidian theme if that matters.
