AIM: make it easier for users to complete the challenge-response protocol for dDID attestation.

TODO:

  • provide more feedback/hints/info on next steps via the CLI during the challenge-response process
  • shorten the CLI help text for cr subcommand to one line
  • make it easy to identify the relevant Bitcoin transaction (see also #182)
  • update the Usage section of the docs here
