vim src/pyhn/settings/local.py
python src/manage.py syncdb --noinput
python src/manage.py collectstatic --noinput

后两行命令会被输入到 vim 中

OK，我完善下相关配置说明的描述。这里可能有歧义，配置那块还没展开写文档。原意是编辑配置文件后，执行后面两个命令
